Boards

The organisational structure of the Consortium shall comprise the following Consortium bodies:

  • The Steering Committee (SC): it has the overall responsibility for the project and its quality. 

  • The Executive Board (EC): as the supervisory body for the execution of the Project which shall report to and be accountable to the Steering Committee.

  • The Industrial Committee (IC): it shall receive all the deliverable from the Executive Board and identify the potential of exploitation. 

  • The Innovation Board (IB): it is operatively responsible for innovation management.
